Do you take custom order?
Yes! We also take custom orders or alterations to our regular designs. For personalized products with images or photos send them in PNG format to efyeverythingforyou23@gamial.com
How long does it take to manufacture?
Efy is a 100% Handmade product and, in general, production lasts 1-2 weeks! ((does not include shipping time). There are cases where shorter deadlines can be obtained and the products can be executed in just few days. From the launching of the order, throughout the production and until its delivery, you will receive from us notifications of the status of your product. However, I cannot be held responsible for possible delays due to shipping or customs procedures!
Remember the handmade process of each item, there may be slight differences and imperfections. but they are made with great delicacy and dedication for you.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Ready to ship items leave our studio in 4-7 days max. Remember that Each piece is carefully handcrafted for you.
Can a refund and exchange be made on personal and handcrafted products?
Please note that custom and handcrafted orders cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled. All sales are final Please review images and descriptions carefully. Remember that the handmade process of the items may have slight differences and imperfections. We are also available to help or assist you with your questions. But, if you have any problems with your order simply let us know and we will resolve them ASAP!.
Can I change the shipping address
If you forgot to change the shipping address at the checkout please contact us immediately , Sending us an email with your name, correct address and the item you bought. . If we haven’t shipped your order yet we can update the shipping address. Contact us through our WhatsApp or email efyeverythingforyou23@gmail.com
Can I cancel the order?
Yes!, within 24 hours of purchase.
Package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?
Efy is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item– please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages.
